Welcome to Aviation Training Ltd

Although only established in 2020, the two owners of Aviation Training have between them over 40 years of PPL teaching experience, including IMC (IR(R)) and Night.

Aviation Training is a Civil Aviation Authority - Designated Training Organisation (DTO).

Under our DTO we can teach PPL ground school. We are also able to offer friendly radiotelephony practical training and testing in house.

Our office is at Bourn Airfield in Cambridgeshire, but we can offer our services at a number of other local airfields. See here for more details.

Our DTO does not yet allow us to teach abinitio PPL training in our own right, but we can do this through the flying clubs we work with at both Fowlmere (North Hertfordshire) and Rougham (Suffolk).

We can also provide non-abinitio training such as checkouts, type training, IMC (IR(R)) and bi-annual revalidation flights in your own aircraft as a DTO is not required for these.
